Ray is a former Collegiate Football Player and is a professional veteran in the AFL. He played professional football for over a decade and earned numerous All Arena Accolades.

Ray trains out of The Trench Academy in Tampa, Florida, where he is the Head Offensive Line Trainer.

Ray is the one-stop-shop for all offensive linemen. He uses his knowledge, and skills to build some of the country’s best offensive linemen. He has worked with some of the best high school, college, and NFL offensive linemen in the game, and starts them at a young age on the path to success. One hundred percent of the high school linemen that have trained with him through high school end up with a collegiate scholarship.

Ray also plays a large role in The Trench as recruiting coordinator. Not only does he recruit athletes with great potential to the program, but he heads up our first-class service helping young athletes get recruited. Ray takes pride in helping these athletes make their dreams a reality by taking their game to the next level.

Ray has also Coached at the Collegiate level for 3 years and spends a lot of his time continuously learning and working on his craft.

As a player, he played 14 years professionally in The AFL where he was a standout at the center position.

Uriah Moenoa

Uriah is a Co-Founder of SASA Squad Foundation, a nonprofit organization that specializes in training offensive and defensive linemen with a focus on field techniques and off field educational and community programs in Las Vegas, NV. He has also coached/trained multiple high school linemen that hold over 40 Division 1 offers combined.

Uriah is a graduate of Iolani School in Honolulu, HI, where he played as guard and tackle. He was blocked for All American record breaking RB Joe Igber and was a PrepSports 1st team All American his senior year. Uriah turned down offers from CA Oregon and Colorado for the University of Hawaii.

At the University of Hawaii Uriah was a 4-year starter at T/G/C under OL Coach Mike Cavanaugh. He allowed fewest sacks on the team for a pass heavy offense Freshman year in the Run N Shoot under Head Coach June Jones and made Freshman All American team. Protected career passing yards record breaker Timmy Chang.

Enoch Smith

Enoch is in his final phase of pursuing his Doctor of Education in Organization Leadership and Christian Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University. He holds an M. Ed in Curriculum & Instruction with a minor in leadership from Concordia University in Portland, OR.

Enoch earned his B.S. from Missouri State University. He is an Academic All-American at Highland Community College in Highland, KS where he obtained his A.S. in Criminal Justice. He grew up in the Ida B. Wells Housing Project in Chicago, IL, and is a product of Chicago Public Schools. He began his high school career at Bolingbrook High School. In his last days, he honored his mother by attending her Alma Mater, Wendell Phillips, graduating in 1995.

While at Missouri State University, Enoch became a 1st Team All-Conference selection in 2001. He later became a free agent (New Orleans Saints) in 2002. Enoch also played four years of Arena Football. In 2004 he led his team in sacks, helping to lead the Peoria Pirates to the Arena Cup. The Pirates coaching staff awarded him with the Iron Man of the Year during that year for his relentless play as an OL/DL and FB/LB player.

Enoch became an educator serving as a Principal, Assistant Principal, Operations Manager, Dean of Students, and Director of Culture and Climate for Chicago Public Schools and Charters Schools in Chicago, IL. He also served as an Adjunct Professor and Academic Coordinator at Highland Community College.

In 2020 Enoch became a Regional Ambassador of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion for Area 6, working directly with the Executive Director, Kevin Thomas of the NJCAA. He also serves as the Pastor of Starts Up Front Sports Ministry; he taught and preached the word of God on the campus of Highland Community College and at the Highland Christian Church.

On October 16, 2021, Highland Community College Alumni Association awarded Enoch the Distinguished Alumni Award for his hard work and commitment to excellence within the Highland Community. Under his leadership, he helped the Highland Scotties defense become the 6th ranked in sacks, and Warren Peeples led all players in sacks during the regular season and would receive 1st Team NJCAA Accolades. Two more of Enoch’s defensive linemen also received All-Conference (Eric Thomas Jr 2nd Team and Treveon Henry Honorable Mention) recognition. All his defensive linemen from the 2021 class went on to play college football at post-secondary institutions.

Enoch is also the owner of Starts Up Front LLC. In 2022, he worked with 6th Round Draft pick Eric Johnson Jr of the Indianapolis Colts and have helped place over 70 players in Division 1 programs through trading and hosting camps. He understands the power of sport can genuinely transform lives.
